The Drivers seat belt is locked up, unable to buckle it into car. It is stuck up at the ceiling retractor mechanism (system) and I'm not able to get the seat belt to come down at all. Very annoying as it CHIMES at you continuously as you drive since you can't buckle it. A frustrating part to this is that it will work a day or two then it will go a few days of not letting you use the beat belt because it is stuck up at the retractor mechanism and will not come down. I took it into the dealer... but it happened to be the day it was working. They said they didn't see an issue. Well, there is, and I have a call into the same dealer again where we purchased this 2016 Fusion from.
I feel this is a SAFETY issue... you need to be able to secure your seat belt.
