I have owned 5 Michelin energy saver A/S tires, size 225/50R17. Three of them developed sidewall bubbles in less than 40,000 miles, some within 5000 miles of purchase. All tires had to be replaced since driving on these tires could cause death. This tire is defective and should be recalled.
