The head gasket on consumers vehicle failed. Consumer had the defect replaced. There is a recall for the exact failure consumer experienced. Consumer requests reimbursement for monies paid for repairs. Ford declined consumers request because consumer was five thousand miles over the limit for reimbursement. Consumer feels a reimbursement is in order because Ford had previous knowledge of the defective head gaskets regarding the Mustang vehicles.
