My engine on my 2005 Mustang runs rough, has a knocking noise, and acts like it is going to die everytime I slow down. Have had diagnostic test showed it was positioning censor, the cam sensor and finally the injectors, Had everything fixed but still having the same problem, engine light never goes off. I will not drive this car anywhere feel safer in my 1989 Chevy beater work car. Also may be a minor problem but the trunk light broke as I was driving this car off the lot had it fixed 3 times now the whole light component has fallen off. This is the only ford we own, now I know why my husband didn't want one.

I have a 2005 Mustang with 33000 miles it runs extremely rough, has a knocking noise, and acts like it is going to die everytime I pull up to a stop light. Have had a diagnostic test said it was the positioning censors, also next time said it was the cam shaft sensor, then finally the injectors. None of these solutions have helped the problem actually seems worse. This is the only ford we have ever owned and will never own another one. The check engine light has actually been on since I got the car only goes out periodically.
