Was driving on the freeway on my gay home and when I exit the thermostat housing started leaking antifreeze and my tires got damped with the antifreeze and then when I was driving one the painted road my car fishtailed and lost control of the car until it came to a complete stop I was able to take control and turned back on the road when I got to the next stop light it started to release steam from under the hood. Good thing I was a Saturday afternoon and I did not hit nor got hit by any drivers. I have a dash cam that captured the event as it happened. The video is too big to upload.

I have receive numerous "re call" letters from "Ford'. I finally made time to take my car in to my local dealer, because my recall was about my airbags. Little did I know that my local dealer was gonna break my dash to where now I cant park outside because when it rains, my car gets soaked from the broken dash. I tried taking it back and all they said was that they were gonna check it but that they didnt do anything to it.after sitting all day outside my local dealer they have the nerve to charge me $$$$ for checking it. Which by the way they said they couldnt replace my recall.now every time I receive these letters makes me believe that is a scam from my local deal( Ford). Please tell me where do you have honest people (Ford company ) that I can take this recall to?

Ford Mustang in 2006 noticed days later heat coming up from the floor of the car. It was extreme & I took to dealer several times in the first 3 months, but Ford didn't think anything was wrong. I don't take the car out on long trips as the car heats up too much in the interior and the floor by my feet gets too hot for comfort. I have about 25K miles on the car as I will only take it on short local routes. Two years ago the fuel tank stopped working right. I believe it is the vapor lock system. I had an electrical problem with the vehicle within 1 month of owning the car. I replaced about 4 batteries within 6 months & contacted the dealer at least 6 times. They thought to replace the stereo, but even after that was replaced I still had the issue. I was stranded several times by a dead battery. The dealer & Corp said there was not an issue - that I just wasn't driving the car enough & suggested I get a charger. After a new battery, I'd driver the car every day, but within a week our two, I'd have a dead battery again. I asked Corp how many miles must I be required to drive in order for my car to work & the representative said she didn't know, but she knew it had to be more than what I was driving. After about 5 years, I found a fuse "fix" for this issue (thanks to a aaa service person who was replacing another battery) & now I am able to drive my car, but I still don't trust I won't be stranded again. I still can't take it more than 20 miles without the heat issue being a problem and filling the tank is an issue due to what I think is a vapor lock problem likely caused by the heat issue. I sought help from my Ford dealer & Corp, but I haven't had any of these issues taken seriously. Today, after hearing about the recall on the heat issue, I called up dealer & Corp & they both said there was nothing to be done as my vehicle is not part of the recall.

I have noticed that my car 2006 Ford Mustang convertible has been getting water coming inside from the passenger seat under the dashboard and it messes up the entire floor and cause a mildew smell. The back seats have water coming inside from either the side panels on the car on the convertible or the window at the back of the car or top of the convertible. I have researched this and many people have this issue with Ford convertibles and also other make a models of cars as well that are convertibles. I think this is a defect with how the Ford manufacturer built these Mustang convertibles and should be recalled to repair this problem. It causes the floors to be wet constantly with mildew smell and this could be dangerous with mold issues on floor and seats of vehicle and mold collection on windows and other part of vehicle and dangerous to health. I have only had my car since 2005 I bought a 2006 convertible and it immediately started having issues.
