Problems shifting when the car is first started, and in winter it's very very bad, but it does it all year round since I got the car with 19,000 miles. Constant problem and it's irritating and more. You can pull out into traffic with the car cold and you can't grab second gear and the traffic comes up on you and blowing the horn. It can be dangerous.

Update from Jun 9, 2020: Hard and sometimes not possible shifting problem.
