- Summary
- Some 2019 Mustang GT350 vehicles built on 1-Feb-2019 and through 31May2019 may exhibit a condition where they arrive at the dealer as a new vehicle with the instrument panel cluster (IPC) displaying "FACTORY MODE CONTACT DEALER." Be aware that factory mode is different than transport mode, and requires a different procedure to deactivate it. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-10 for instructions on how to deactivate factory mode.
