The contact stated while having the vehicle repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V376000 (Power Train) and 20V331000 (Latches/Locks/Linkages) the dealer failed to remedy the recalls without charge. The manufacturer was informed of the issue and informed the contact to speak to the dealer about reimbursement. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
