This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Transmission slips out of drive when vehicle is slowing down. 1st gear has failed. Reverse gear has begun to slip out. Cannot shift from park or drive into reverse. When engine is cold transmission will engage into reverse.
Transmission malfunction. When vehicle comes to a stop and drive disengages into what feels like neutral. I must accelerate to engage drive again (with a jolt). Experienced same problems with reverse for a while, now only when engine is cool. After vehicle has been driven a while it will not engage into reverse.
Vehicle will not move in reverse. When reverse is selected the motor races as accelerator is depressed but no rear motion results. Also while in drive the transmission may slip from its engaged state leaving you with no drive power.
