GM HAS A SERVICE BULLETIN ON THIS PROBLEM BUT WONT FIX IT DUE TO YEAR (TRUCK IS AN 02 PROBLEM CAME 315 MILES AFTER 36,000)
ANYWAY THERE IS A BAD GEAR OR SHEAVE IN THE GEARBOX THAT CAUSES A STRANGE NOISE ABOUT 3 TIMES A WEEK WHEN YOU TURN LEFT OR RIGHT
ALMOST SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING IN THE FRONT NEEDS TO BE GREASED BUT IT IS CLEARLY COMING FROM INSIDE THE STEERING BOX.
