I bought the truck a few years ago because it had low kilometeres and the body was in great shape. I put a brand new topper on it and have had it oil sprayed every year and done all the required maitence on it over the years. it has always been a reliable work truck and never let me down. I turned it on one day and heard the motor making a noise that sounded like lifters making a claking noise. I took it to a mechanic and noticed on my way that the fuel was being consumed almost at a visible rate. the mechanic informed me that it was the cams and lifters and that I need to replace my motor. I took it too another mechanic and was told the same. Now I have a good looking truck that I am still paying for that doesn't do the job it was bought for.
