I have had to bring in my truck about 5 times for this at least. The oil apparently shoots out into the oil, causing smoke and the engine to fail. They have replaced the cables, spark plugs, pistons, rings, and the truck still shakes violently. I do not feel safe in it as it regularly jerks or feels like a shot back.
GMC's senior advisers won't help so I'm just waiting to be another victim in a fatal crash due to their terribly manufactured vehicle, just to be another statistic until they finally fix the issue. People are dying in your trucks!!! You suits only care about money. Begin caring about your product and the people who buy them. I for one will never ever buy GMC ever again. Your company has caused me stress and anguish. I've had to miss work, take off early, didn't have it the week of my own wedding, Christmas, and it's because it's always in the shop! Thanks for nothing GMC.
