The contact owns a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. While the vehicle was in the park position, the four wheel drive service light illuminated without warning. The contact was unable to disable the four wheel drive. The vehicle was taken to be diagnosed by a dealer, but the issue recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 20,000.
