The trim around all GM and Chevy trucks have advanced aging and are dry rotten with a potential to leak. At a minimum, they will lose resale value. GM’s executive support represented by the CEO Mary.barra@gm.com takes the position this is acceptable for their quality... or lack of. If you look at any other brand during the timeframe of 2015-2018 you will see the trim on Ford, Dodge, Toyota, or Nissan is a higher quality and in most cases look new.

An additional item, the model with the 6.2 engine is advertised with 440HP, with the speedometer reading of 160. The speed is governed to 96MPH. All the horsepower you want but can't use. This will likely be my last GM truck.
