The contact owns a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that the driver's seat made popping noises and moved from side to side while the vehicle made turns. The manufacturer issued an unknown technical service bulletin, but it was not covered under a warranty. The vehicle was taken to colonial Buick GMC (3965 atlanta hwy, loganville, ga 30052, (678) 922-9606), but they refused to inspect the condition of the seat. The dealer also refused to notify the manufacturer. The dealer acknowledged the service bulletin, but claimed that they could not duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 28,000.
