About 5 years ago I noticed a rust bubble forming under the paint on the edge of the rear fenders of my Civic hatchback. Now they are completely rusted through in spots as big as a quarter on each side. Almost EVERY Honda of the same or near vintage as my 93 has the same problem in the same spots. What's up with this... does anyone know if Honda has addressed this issue?
