It is a really bad design flaw that is very expensive for the car owner. Apparently if the light is out in your rear window, (the 3rd brake light) it is not a matter of replacing a bulb. The whole led light assembly needs to be replaced and takes an hour or so to do since they have to take apart the entire top part of your trunk in back. So plan on spending upwards of $200. for a light out.
