The side curtain airbag deployed even though there was no impact to the car. The car grazed (and I'm not exaggerating) a snowbank. There was no damage whatsoever to the car. Not a nick or a scratch. The dirt didn't even move. I called American Honda to report a defective airbag - the representative was extremely rude. She said there wasn't a recall so there wasn't a problem. I reminded her that "recalls" often start from customers discovering defective equipment on cars. Obviously if Honda knew there was a problem coming off the assembly line, they would fix it. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a car and the car company. Never buy Honda.
