So on the wipers you have a low, medium, and fast setting.
On low, usually the wipers perform their action with a 5 or so second wait.
For some reason the low was the same as medium. Too bad when it was sprinkling you can't manually use it once every time the window got too wet.
It was annoying but I learned to live with it. Then suddenly last month it started working properly. Didn't do anything to it.
