The contact owns a 2015 Honda Civic. The contact stated that the power steering failed upon start up. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The dealer determined that rodents chewed through the wiring harness due to the material being made of soy based material that attracted rodents. The wiring harness was replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 4,000.
