2017-18 and now the 19 CRVs with the turbo engine have a lot of info online regarding the oil dilution problem. Discovered my problem when the maintenance minder came on at 7500 miles. I checked the oil level myself before taking the car in for the oil change. If I hadn't checked it myself, I would not have known as the dealership did not mention it to me but they did say that my VIN# needed a software update. The update was done and after 3,000 additional miles, my dipstick is 1/2' above the full mark.
