CarComplaints.com Notes: For the 2013 model year, the Crosstour got a facelift and the more-efficient (albeit terribly named) "Earth Dreams" engine. While the newer model now gets better MPG, you're not going to be able to ride for long considering they did nothing to address the terribly uncomfortable seat.

Note: This in reference to the Honda Crosstour which is not listed in your drop down. The head restraint is badly proportioned--with any adjustment of the seat or restraint it forces my forward and down--this was not noticeable in the short test drive but only during a longer drive --after a fairly short time I developed a very painful neck and it got worse with time.. I have contacted the dealer but they did not offer any solution to the problem other than to adjust the seat. Tried that until I had exhausted all possible positions with no acceptable relief, they did admit there have been "a few" such complaints. I also called american Honda--the reception was friendly and the person I talked to was concerned but stated she was not aware of any problems as I described. After some research I find this has been an ongoing problem foe some time and includes prior model years and other models. I do believe a rather minor modification could provide the relief needed and still be within the 50mm clearance that is allowed.
