"Transmission System Problem" light came on at 86k miles, after the warranty expired. Only comes on when cruising speed of 55+ was reached on highway.
Honda dealer said torque converter was not disengaging when at highway speeds. No shavings in trans oil on transmission side. Dealer said torque converter had some burnt looking trans oil, and was overheating.
Dealer sent Honda Goodwill request for repair assistance to replace torque converter. Honda offered to pay for 75% of repair cost. I paid $926 out of pocket.
