This is the email I've sent but haven't heard back.
I purchased my brand new car on 10th of March which was yesterday, and I was scheduled to pickup my "NEW CAR" at 4pm. Since this is my first ever brand new car purchase, I was really excited. My first reaction to the car was not very pleasant because there were scratches on this new car, I had to wait and talk to the manager which he did offer a polish for the car which is after 2 weeks.Â
Just to mention this was a $41,000 car purchase.Â
Following day, 11th of march less then 24hrs after purchasing a "BRAND NEW CAR" I had a crack on the driver's side of the front glass because of one small stone which instantly cracked my glass. I did not expect Hyundai to provide such a cheap quality product to your customers.
I instantly called the dealership I purchased it from they said they will contact me back. I waited for 2 hours and never heard back from them not even a manager tried to contact me. When I called back for the new car that I purchased the staff still didn't bother to get the manager on call and attend my needs and still haven't heard back from anyone from the Southtown Hyundai Dealership in Edmonton, Alberta.Â
The reason to buy a BRAND NEW CAR is that I don't have to go for car service and worry about getting my car fixed. I am better off driving my old used car without any worries and also be debt free! This is not a product I would expect a company like Hyundai be producing and providing it to your customers and scamming them.
It feels like waste of my money with such a service and such cheap car quality!
