The voice recognition is very slow, often doesn't understand the command and often brings up the wrong results. I have had this to the dealer 2 times and was told the system is operating normally. I was also told I had the latest software installed and the system was operating as designed. Since my purchase, my wife has begun looking at new vehicles all that have a much more responsive voice recognition system. They include: Nissan Murano, Mercedes (all classes) and the Honda CRV.
Today I heard from a Hyundai representative. They told me the same thing. With technology available today I can't believe they would release a system as slow as this. My hope is that if they really care about customer satisfaction they will look into a software upgrade to improve speed and the voice recognition.
