A similar problem to one complaint already listed. The Bluelink does not load in a reasonable timeframe. It repeatedly attempts to load over and over again. It takes longer to initialize in colder weather because it will not load until the temperature attains the normal running temperature, and then, for sometime after. It has timed between 4 to 15 minutes after normal temperature has been achieved. Once loaded, the system seemingly functions appropriately. The major concern is eventually may not load at all.

It has been reported to our dealership, but they could not resolve it and submitted to Hyundai to cover replacement since it was initially reported well within the warranty period, but they rejected the request and offered to replace it at a cost of $2400.00.

Meanwhile, there is no clock or many other features. So, as stated in the earlier complaint, it significantly reduces the resale value, let alone the vehicle features for us, the current owners. A good deal, if one can sell a product, and later collect another few thousand dollars to provide reliable features that have been available as standard options for decades. One might call it, planned obsolescence, perhaps.
