All I need is for the car to be fixed. I'm tired of getting in it - it cuts off after shaking from the driver shifting and sit there in the hot sun or cold for about at least an hour or two before the car cranks back up. Then it will cut back off then there with white smoke coming out of my tailpipe and it makes this loud noise - it's exhausting.

I am still fighting with Hyundai because they refuse to cover the problem under their warranty. I have documents to show 5 oil changes and the vehicle only has 42,000 miles on it. So glad we leased and did not buy! Although it doesn't fix our current situation. The guy at Hyundai dealership in Fort Wayne told me my local Jiffy lube didn't really change the oil. Seriously? I explained to him I take 3 vehicles to them and my GMC's are running just fine! He wanted $5000 on a currently leased vehicle to get it running properly!!! Ray Skillman in Indy blames Hyundai....Hyundai apparently is waiting on paperwork from a lawyer because they refuse to do anything.

Researching now for a possible class action lawsuit. When I took the Sonata into the dealership in Indy it burned through 2.5 quarts of oil on a 50 mile drive. They were at a loss for words of course. Because they know their vehicles have problems. As I was sitting in waiting area another guy had his Sonata in with similar issues with the oil burning. The shop manager told me she just had a meeting with her coworkers about Hyundai's refusal to stand behind their warranties! Are you kidding me??!! Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY from Hyundai. And if you have a similar problem ... look me up :) Seriously considering class action law suit.
