Just another issue that Hyundai refuses to accept responsibility for! The seat belt recall was not for this part. After 14 recalls and numerous other cosmetic issues... they will not cover anything under their so-called warranty. They will never see another penny of my money after wasting over $25,000 on this car. There is absolutely NO service after the sale. So once again, I will pay out of pocket for repairs. I have had cars over 20 years old with zero of the problems I have had with this vehicle. I am frustrated and disappointed to say the least.

I was at a stop and was rear ended by a large pickup going 40 mph. The airbags did not deploy, but more importantly the seatbelt did not properly restrain me. I do not know what I hit, but I hit my left eyebrow area on something causing a concussion and whiplash. Although the accident was a week ago, I am still having great difficulty with Post Concussion Syndrome. I did have marks from the seatbelt when it finally did engage, but not soon enough to prevent me from either hitting the steering wheel or something else.
