My vehicle is only a year old how the hell does the frame to the seat just stop working I have two small children that ride back there. I seat just swings forward. Because I am over 36000 miles it is not covered under any type of warranty. If my seat malfunctioned that easily I am afraid of what would happen in the event of an accident. The manufacture should be responsible for fixing it. If I have it fixed it is going to cost me over $1,000.
