About a year ago my seat belts in my Jeep started to not work. At first it was the middle seat not clicking in the buckle, then the seat next to it a few months later. Now my kids can only use the third row seating, which really is not safe with all the recalls on Jeep with it rolling back on its own. Every time I call Jeep for my parts they're not in. And yesterday I got a phone call saying one out of six recalls was in, so I set a time up for today 12/18/15. Waited 40 minutes to only be told your part isn't here. Not only did they call me and tell me it was in they had me sign paper when I got there for the work to be done then said they don't know anything about my part. Which is B.S. cause the paper work was already printed out. I already know they took my part and put it on someone else Jeep. They do that stupid sh** all the time.
