Since I bought this car from the dealer, all the from tires making noises when I press the break to stop, I spoke with the dealer but he don't want to help me out. Also the engine light showing up since I got the car from the dealer, the electrical system too is not working perfectly and the ac system is not too good.

Was never notified of the below recall despite having vehicle at dealer for other issues: The vehicles may experience loss of air bag and seat belt pretensioner deployment capability in certain crash events due to a shorting condition resulting in a negative voltage transient that travels to the occupant restraint controller via the front impact sensor wires. Recall status recall incomplete remedy the occupant restraint controller must be replaced. Safety risk descrpition the potential loss of air bag and seat belt pretensioner deployment capability in such crash events may increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Rear oblique side impact behind driver side front wheel did not trigger side airbag, already fixed from previous recall. Both vehicles in motion, Jeep was the vehicle struck when pickup truck driver failed to yeild right of way at the stop sign.. resulted in a broken neck to the 87 year old Jeep driver. Texas form CR3 report (which photos seem to somewhat refute) attached. Both vehicles totaled. Pickup truck lost right front wheel on impact. Power rear window intermittently would not raise after being lowered. Following a trip to my son't violin practice. After raising using the rear window power up, it raised and then worked fine. A few months later, out of the blue one morning the Jeep would not start. It was parked overnight in our driveway. Called roadside service and they attempted to jump it off with a jump box and it would still not start. Had a friend stop by and assist with jumper cables and after three attempts it started. Advance auto checked the battery/starter/alternator and all tested fine. Taken to dealer and totally integrated power modeule required changing and was not covered by either warranty or extended warranty I purchased when origionally bought. That was two weeks ago. Two days ago, out of the blue the horn honked. Then tonight, after being parked again overnight, I attempted to start my Jeep and upon turning the key in the ignition only the dash lights and radio came on X2. On the third attempt the vehicle started. First occurance was 7/26/2017 second 8/8/2017 following two days in the shop and a changed tipm.

Recall issued 9/16/16. No fix for the problem. Since there is an increased risk of injury during a crash, the amount of time that has passed and still no corrective action to resolve is unacceptable.

I been having issues with my seatbealt restraint and my newborn driving in her seatbelt. Several times I have complained about her car seat not being held firmly and flips when I turn. The company is yet to remedy the situation. As a mother is is very uncomfortable for me and they have not find a solution. I do not believe my investment in this car was worth my now lack of safety for me and my child. This situation happens while my car is in motion and she begins to scream.

Regarding a safety recall - occupant restraint controller S61/NHTSA 16V-668. Was notified of the re-call last October, 2016 and have called three times regarding the outcome. None as of this date - June 27, 2016. If in fact this a serious problem and it appears so regarding a potential loss of air bag and seat belt pretensioner deployment during a crash which could cause increase in injury, why is this not being taken care of in a reasonable time frame" way too long if it involves customer safety" this is really not acceptable in the customer's situation.
