Rear frame is rusted to the point that it is unsafe to drive as per Monroeville, PA Chrysler/ Jeep. I included some images and the cost of repair from the dealership. I am having the repairs done at this dealership. Please extend the warranty to Jeep Compasses. Mine is a 2015 and it is unsafe to drive and is costing me more money to replace tires.
While drive the abs, 4wd, and traction control lights came on. Never done this before. I was only 2 minutes from from home. Once I arrived home I turned it off to restart it and only the abs and traction control came
My driver side passenger headset deployed without warning, on Sunday 8/21/22, while my husband was driving the car with vin # [XXX]. I called the dealer on 8/26/22 and provided the last 8 #s from the vin, per the dealer repair shop rep at 10:22am; which stated no recalls on the headrests and due to the mileage of 109k it would not be covered anyway. So, I sharing my safety concerns since the passenger side deployed the driver's side headrest can do the same thing and worst while I am driving. While driving at a constant speed without being rear ended passenger side headrest deployed slamming into the back of the passenger head. Passenger-€™s head was knocked forward with violent force. There have been reports of others having the same thing happen with the headrest in the jeep compass. Police were not notified. Dealership will be contacted this week about the headrest malfunction.
Both headrests have deployed in this vehicle since owning it and not involved in any accident whatsoever it blew out as I was driving and could have caused an accident it was loud and unexpected.

My Jeep needs major repairs, and I don't have the funds. I was told that I have a throttle problem along with some transmission issues. But in order to even look at the transmission, the throttle has to be repaired first, and they want $600 for that?
The car has shut off multiple times while driving on the road. I have had the transmission flushed, replaced the battery, had the throttle sensor control replaced, had the crankshift replaced, and the catalytic converter replaced. I took the car to the Jeep dealer and even after replacing the catalytic converter the car still shuts off, and they cannot tell me why. The dealer stated that no codes are coming up so they cannot identify the issue.
I started my 2015 Jeep Compass sport and tried to shift out park into reverse and it wouldn't let me shift for about thirty seconds or so. I was at the store ready to leave for home.
The dip stick tube has broken off. It was making a noise like something dragging the ground so I looked under it & saw where the tube was barely hanging on. I was near my home when I found this.
I'm having an issue with my 2015 Jeep Compass (50,000 miles) not only that, the dealership has either no idea how to fix it or they don't want to. If I died, my son would be orphaned. The car is unsafe to drive. On several occasions with no warning my engine has shut down. My car doesn't turn off, it just won't drive anymore. The only light that comes on is the ESC activation/malfunction. I have to stop in the middle of the road. Turn the ignition off and turn it back on to get it to go. It has done this at least 10 times now. I nearly got into a accident trying to turn left, and again merging onto the freeway. The steering wheel becomes hard to turn and I can put the gas peddle all the way down, it does not accelerate. No rpms. I have brought it to the dealership to be scanned four times after it has happened. I've been a rental car for three days now. There are no codes in the computer. And they say they need to reproduce the issue in order to fix it. It's a safety issue and I am desperately trying to figure it out.
2015 Jeep Compass - the vehicle will drive fine then all of a sudden I will have difficulties accelerating, the vehicle also has stalled. I had a diagnostic test done by a local mechanic and the results came back normal, I had a diagnostic test done by the dealership and the test came back normal as well and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle however there was this persistent issue of not being able to accelerate and stalling. The dealership had my vehicle for approximately 2 weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with the car and has now concluded that it is the throttle body(I believe this is a wild guess) and will cost me 1400 dollars. I have seen recent recalls on Jeep compasses that have very similar issues that are for the 2016 and 2017 models that involve the crank shaft sensor. I am very concerned I believe there is something seriously wrong with the way the vehicle built and even if I have the throttle body fixed its really a deeper issue because all diagnostic testing is coming back normal.
The headrest on the driver's side seat exploded against my head while I was driving. I took it to the body shop and the mechanic saw that the plastic piece that holds the headrest down broke. Looking at the headrest you can see jagged pieces of plastic.
This vehicle slips out gear easily while in motion. The gear shift can knocked out of drive and this is dangerous because you then have to find a spot to stop and put the car back into drive. This has happened on the street. This has happened several times (daughter accidentally hit it with her knee, purse strap fell over the shift, bag pulled it out of drive).

The vehicle shuts down on 3 different occasions. Lost all power to the vehicle, left stranded 3 times only to be jumped started, this should not happen with a new vehicle with one owner, and limited driving. All times the vehicle was stationary.
Check engine light came on 3 times in 3 months from September 2016 to November 2016. Each time, the vehicle was taken in for service and the light still came back on. The first time, the fuel level unit was replaced, the second time, there were no problems found and the system was reset, the third time, the pump assembly was replaced. This is a safety issue and a hassle.
While pulling out of parking space engine shut down. While driving on a road the same day vehicle stopped running - engine shut down - had difficulty pulling off road because steering did not work. Taking it in to dealer to look at 5500 miles approx 2.3 mos old. Not happy with new car
