Purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass back in June of 16, the vehicle had 19,000 plus miles already on it (obviously) used. This is our only vehicle in the winter and I work 47 miles from home, so the miles piled up quick and as a result it is out of warranty (36,000) mile. My wife informed me a few days ago that the instrument lights, steering wheel buttons, radio buttons and drink cup holder lights flashed and went out. Last night she had to be followed home by LEO because the tail lights no longer work, she called Chrysler customer service and started a work ticket. This morning (1-14-17) she took it to the Chrysler dealer and they informed her that it is the TPIM.
We did some research and found this site and discovered that this has been an on going issue with Chrysler since 2007 to present but the Jeep Compass is not mentioned in the suite. Customer service said they would work with us at either payments or all of the cost.
