.FCA had issued an update for the UCONNECT radio installed. I followed all the procedures but unable to get the radio to accept the update. Followed up with FCA and set up appointment with dealer. Dealer unable to solve problem and ordered new radio under warranty.
Dealer could not remove MY FILES as per user manual for back up, so I have had to reload all the music I had on the "hard drive" over 1,000 songs and time consuming.
