Cruise control does not maintain speed going downhill. I took it in for its first oil change and this was one item on my list. Service dealer contacted whomever it contacts and the reply was that I should not rely on it. What kind of an answer is that? Your cruise control isn't really a cruise control? It works going uphill but not downhill? I missed that information when I purchased this vehicle. I had a 2012 Nissan Rogue and I can say that its cruise control worked uphill and downhill. So, if Nissan can do it, I would expect Jeep would be able to do it as well--or better!
I am not happy with the answer. It provides no resolution.
I attempted an email on Jeep's site but the form I filled in and submitted is not sending. It keeps saying "loading."
