We have had our 2018 Jeep Compass for nearly 3 years (bought used from dealer) - automatic transmission. 9 months ago and then again this month the car appeared to experience a sort of "bog-down" condition we've seen described on other automotive websites - acceleration stops being responsive and also brakes seem to engage until car comes to full-stop. Only after a full-stop, acceleration becomes responsive to gas peddle again, but once brakes are tapped or engaged in any way, transmission starts to bog down again, with no acceleration responsiveness and brakes slowly engaging. When we brought it in 9 months ago to dealer, their diagnostics said all was "normal" and didn't register any issues. No problems since then until last week, same issue. Plan to go to dealer again next week, but are concerned they'll say nothing's wrong according to their diagnostics. Anyone have anything similar in automatic transmission or know what remedy may be? Help!
