I bought the car [XXX] they would not let me take the car home until [XXX]. I have had a problem with it ever since. Airbag system light keeps coming on, passenger seat does not work properly, car is hesitant to start or accelerate at times, cuts and have to restart at times, brakes grinding and squealing. I have taken it back to them several times and they refuse to exchange or fix the problems I was told I should use my warranty to have it fixed I even took it to one of their other dealerships in Irving and they refuse to fix it. 2019 Jeep Compas Sport still under warrenty was involved in a head on collision with an estimated speed of 40 mph. The airbags did not inflate.I was not able to remove my child from vehicle to safety. Sprain of ligaments of cervical and thoracic spine, Cervicalgia, Precordial pain, Thoracic pain. Two months have passed and i still have a problem picking up my 1 year old when Im actualy able to. The seatbealt injury sustaned has undeniably resulted in medical problems aswell as everyday hardship in my physical abilities. No warning lamps, messages or other symptoms were noticably present.
My air bags deployed without collision. I was driving home at 55 mph, the speed limit on the interstate when my cause started beeping and air bags deployed causing me to clip a car when I swerved. I later received noticed in my Jeep app of a issue with the airbag. Consumer stated vehicle has been totaled.
The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Compass. On several occasions, while attempting to start the vehicle, it failed to start. The failure left the contact stranded on three occasions. Additionally, the air bag warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (located at 13355 sw 137th ave, miami, fl 33186, (786) 231-2120) to be diagnosed, but the dealer was not able to duplicate the failures. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 2,216.
