Consumer states that the seat belts snapped from the metal part that attaches to the vehicle broke while the consumer was trying to buckle up. Contacted dealer. Consumer stated that the passenger side seat belt broke at the metal base. Consumer contacts the manufacturer, but the manufacturer refused to fix it.
