Transmission is completely shot. When applying the brakes or accelerating there is terrible vibration and a humming noise. Required transfr case repair..et.
When Jeep was taken to dealership for recall repair on the brake rotors, owner was informed that two engine mounts and one transmission mount was gone, which could cause the engine to fall. Repairs will be made at owner's expense.
The vehicles transmission failed & vehicle would not accelerate. Owner has to turn vehicle off for a few minutes and then start it back up. Dealer cant find the problem.
Water in air vent system also leaks under psngr seat soaking carpet. Selectrac transmission failed to shift from full time to 2wd and stuck in part time resulting in unsafe handling.
