Curious if anyone else has this problem? 2002 Grand Cherokee V8 AWD v-e-r-y rough downshifting on mountain roads. Of course when road testing on city streets in LA dealer always found no problem. arrrgh! The downshift slams the drivetrain which I know is going to let loose soon with a substantial repair bill. Really enjoy all else with this vehicle except this one big issue.
