2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Consumer states problem with front window regulators the front window regulators were replaced by an authorized Jeep repair facility three times in the past 14 months. The consumer stated based on owner reports, the plastic piece on the window lift mechanism that held the cable appeared to be at least part of the problem.
The contact complained about a problem with the window glass. The windows were off track and the glass dropped down inside the door compartment. He took the vehicle to a dealer. The windows were repaired at the contact's expense.
