I would simply like Chrysler to be Responsible, Unlike "General Motors" and actually show they are Willing to do the right thing and care about the people who put faith in their products. There have been at least 2 Significant problems with this model of Jeep Grand Cherokee. The first is that the disc brake rotors are of poor design and quality. It is a well know fact that they quickly Warp and produce a violent shaking of the steering wheel and the entire vehicle. .even when replaced with new rotors and pads, the new rotors do the same thing in just a few thousand miles . . and this is resulting from Very Light braking ! . .not often, or under heavy loads, or at high speeds. If Chrysler had any integrity or respect for the intelligence of it's customers, it would voluntarily recall these models to replace the brakes with an Adequate brake system. The second well known problem for this model is the Heater Blend Door. This is a very disgusting display of a "Known and Planned defect" ! Any human being with enough intelligence to design this blend door . . Unquestionably Knows Full Well that this part WILL Fail Prematurely ! ! It's not even a "maybe". .it's perfectly Obvious ! It is gestures like This, of ILL Will toward unsuspecting, trusting customers that drive hard working Americans to buy many brands of foreign cars, and Not to trust the American car manufactures . .who just Laugh ! . .and have No respect for the people who purchase and drive their cars. The "Sh*t Heads" managing General Motors are a shining example of this ! ! ! Those Ass Holes don't even give a damn about people's Lives . .even when they Know their defect KiLLs ! ! Without any doubt . .they should be in prison for their complete indifference, And Failure to stop the problem when they had the ability to Do So . I sincerely hope Chrysler and Ford are run by people of greater integrity. Phillip J. Bowen
