Vehicle shakes and vibrates without control when applying the brakes. I took it to the dealership while it was under warranty and they would not honor it because the rotors were warped. Said it was over 12,000 miles. I had the rotors turned twice now and they are still warped past the point of no return. I guess new rotors will need to be purchased. Chrysler should own up to their problems. Never had this problem ever with any other vehicle I have owned until Jeep. Not even a year old yet.
While applying the brake pedal at low speeds vehicle shimmied uncontrollably. Consumer was able to maintain control of the vehicle, and drove it to the dealer for inspection. Mechanic determined that rotors needed to be replaced. The vehicle pulsated from the first mile at low speeds of 30-35 mph or less.
Problems with warped rotors on vehicle. Ten months and 18000 miles after the vehicle was purchased, the early warning symptoms of warped rotors surfaced. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who confirmed that the rotors were indeed warped. The manufacturer refused to honor their basic warranty. The consumer has owned three other Jeep in the past all of which experienced some type of rotor problem

Car shakes uncontrolably when braking. Hard to come to a stop. Taken into dealership and told the rotors are warped beyond repair. Otors replaced at dealership. Chrysler states this is a defective part but will not cover the repairs because it is over 12000 miles.

While driving at 50 mph consumer applied the brakes and experienced severe vibration in the steering wheel. A certified mechanic examined the vehicle, and determined that the front rotors were warped and deformed. The rotors and pads needed to be replaced.
