Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7L V8

My car wouldn't start at times, had it back to the dealer several times. It was in for a month or longer the last time. I was told the original battery leaked battery acid on everything under the car and all had to be replaced. If all wiring, etc had to be replaced I would consider this a lemon. Purchased from Auffenberg in O'Fallon Illinois.

I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi, and sometimes when you try to start it ,the key will only make the starter system click. I have changed the starter once, changed the relay once, and it still does the same. You can hear a click in the front of engine near fan. Had it hauled in once to a auto repair shop, and when they try it the Jeep started up just fine they could not fine anything.

Drove it the next day. I was In 90 degree weather with 3 boys and a 1yr. old baby, and Jeep would NOT start!!! I took my hand and hit the fuse box and related parts under the hood and it finally started!!

I need some help with this problem. What does the starting circuit system In this 2005 Jeep have in it. I could use a wiring diagram of the starter system. Or does anyone know what could be wrong with it??? I have a starter relay with the cap off of it and tried to manual start the thing by making the contact tips up in the relay but nothing happen. When the Jeep is ok, you can make the tips up and it will crank. Can anyone help me???
