The vehicle recall for the transmission slipping into gear was accomplished according to Chrysler. However the problem persists and Chrysler denies it. I believe the software correction Chrysler made did not fix the problem. During the Chrysler recall they identified the software as being the problem but they found during their investigation cracked electronic actuators that could send false signals to the control module resulting in it making corrections. The used a software work around rather than a hardware solution. If the actuators are cracked they should be replaced. I am going to further investigate.
