The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while raising the vehicle with the jack, the jack became bent. As a result, the vehicle dropped to the ground and the contact sustained a fractured wrist that required medical attention. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
