headlights cracked headlights cracked

Ok, I've had enough with FCA and my dealership. Having been multiple times and constantly telling the manager to send pictures in and them refusing.. I really can't. I woke up one morning, and my headlights were sooo badly stress cracked, it makes my 75k Jeep look ugly and cheap. After constant calls to FCA customer care, and purchasing Maximum Care, they will not cover this. Everyone I've spoken to has never seen this on the new Jeeps. This is not a normal circumstance and Jeep should take care of it. And now they are going to lose a lifetime customer. I hope they enjoy losing potential customers for a fix that costs them peanuts. It's bad.

I spend a lot of money on my Jeep to customize it and make it look nice, and now I have this ugly defect and they expect me to pay 3k. I don't think a customer should be sourcing to eBay to fix a manufacturer defect.. I've ranted and complained to everyone and it's sad that the senior customer care specialist is the "highest" person I can speak too. Seriously? Is that the best Jeep? I can't speak to someone who really cares about the Jeep brand? I want to say so many good things about my Jeep but honestly FCA customer care sucks.. they make it seem like I have a problem (which I do) and they shouldn't be covering it (especially since its a manufacture defect.) I hope someone contacts me to address this.

Update from Dec 11, 2017: Sorry Josh, but look closer. The lense is perfectly soft and defect free. the cracks are internal. I wouldnt be complaining here about wear and tear.. I have an SRT jeep, i am somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles.
