We were driving down the road at less than 25 mph when we heard an explosion. I was hit in the back of the head so I was not sure what happened. We pulled over and I discovered my headrest had exploded and propelled forward hitting me in the back of the head. I now have a headache, a neck ache and am extremely annoyed that I got no recall notice to have this problem fixed. I am also dizzy and feel just like i was hit in the back of the head real hard. I am happy the headrest is padded because if not I would surely have a concussion. How do I get this taken care of?

Headrest deployed and smashed me in the head unexpectedly. Hurt my neck and down to my right scapula. I was driving along art 528 in Orlando and it simply popped open for no reason.
