The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the front dashboard panel developed a bubble. The bubble started at the top of the dashboard and traveled to the middle of the dashboard. The bubble caused certain features to switch on and off independently like the radio, the air condition, the navigation system, and the defroster. The contact was unable to see out of the windshield while driving and pulled over because the defroster was inoperable. The contact took the vehicle to love Chrysler Dodge Jeep llc (1259 E main St., alice, tx 78332, (361) 356-7928) and was informed by the dealer that the warranty had expired.
