The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 35-45 MPH and making a turn, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that the messages that the ABS and the gear switch were locked, and other unknown messages were displayed. The contact was unable to pull over to the side of the road. The contact stated that upon depressing the brake pedal and turning the rotary dial to drive(D), the rotary dial independently shifted back to park(P). The contact stated that the vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was jumpstarted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired and remained at the dealer for several months. The contact stated that the dealer had recently informed her that the transmission was leaking, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 46,811.
